This invitation to take part in a billboard art competition is addressed to all the interested artists and students of art schools. The participants are requested to prepare artworks which can be displayed on a billboard in the form of a printed poster. The artwork is supposed to be a creative response to this year’s competition theme: “Is Everything Interlinked?”. The entries can be sent by electronic mail until 10 August, 2009 to the following address: artmoves@tlen.pl. Find more information about the competition at: www.artmovesfestival.org.
The best 10 artworks selected by an international jury panel will be exhibited in the urban space of the city of Torun, Poland as part of the Art Moves Festival in October 2009. The author of the winning entry will receive the main award in the amount of PLN 7,000 (approximately EUR 1,600).
