SF Saint Stupid’s Day Parade Debuts in 3D

The 32nd annual Saint Stupid’s Day Parade takes place Thursday, April first starting at noon in the Embarcadeo plaza in San Francisco. This spring time traditon weaves on the sidewalk thru the financial district’s temples of the Free Market with stops at the ‘Stations of Stupid’….the ‘dead lottery ticket’ offering at the Federal Reserve Bank HQ, the penny toss at the ‘Banker’s Heart’, the ‘Leap of Faith’ at the statue of the bare-butt mechanics and the ever popular ‘Sock Exchange’ at the old Pacific Stock Exchange Bldg. Sponsored by the First Church of the Last Laugh, this WIY (walk it yourself) parade brings a bit of color, music and satire to the grey canyons of capitalism. This year’s parade will be in 3D, so bring your glasses. Dress for it. Rain or shine.
