Police: Fake Cops Raid, Rob Staten Island Home

New York — A Staten Island family is left terrorized after a four men posing as police officers burst into their home Saturday night.
It happened at around 10:30 p.m. at 291 Merrymount Street in the New Springville Section.
Police say the suspects, wearing dark clothing and police shields, rang the doorbell and said they were there to arrest the homeowner.
The woman who answered the door was forced into a bathroom, while the men stole money and credit cards.
They may have been driving a minivan.
